Many have heard about the historic National Association of Realtors (NAR) Settlement and how it is reshaping the Real Estate landscape; many still have questions and wonder how they will be affected.

This settlement has introduced new guidelines and regulations aimed at improving transparency and fairness within the industry. Real Estate Agents’ Commissions have always been NEGOTIABLE. It is sad that the actions of those unscrupulous Brokerages/Sales Agents within the lawsuit have potentially damaged the trust that many honest and hardworking Agents have worked so hard to build and keep.

The Texas Real Estate Commission created a “Guide To Broker Commissions” to provide clarification and information on how these changes may affect you.
